Mount Vernon Baptist Men's Brotherhood is committed to helping provide whatever services are needed for those in need in the community. Whether it is cleaning up after storms, helping relocate someone to a new home, providing services for the handicap or senior adults, the Baptist Men's Brotherhood are there to help.
Once a year they put on an oyster roast and fish fry to raise money for needed projects. It is always well received throughout the area. For Baptist Men's Day they provide a hardy breakfast for everyone just to kick things off. Wednesday night suppers are sometimes provided by the Men's Brotherhood and could be anything from Hot Dogs to Pork BBQ.
