Church News

Bible Study will be held Wednesday, April 17, at 7 pm. Kids Hour and Youth will also meet at 7 pm followed by adult choir practice at 8 pm.

A spaghetti dinner fundraiser is planned for Eli Tyner and his family next Saturday, April 20, from 4 pm-8 pm at the Newton Grove Fire Department. There will be curbside pickup or you can dine in. The tickets are $12 each, and the plates include spaghetti, green beans, roll, dessert, and drink. 910-305-4387. Also, if any ladies in the church would be willing to donate a cake, please contact Denise Rackley. Thanks in advance for your support in helping one of our own church families.

STARS will be going to Charity to work on Wednesday, April 24. If you are interested in going, please contact Kay A. Pope.

Friday, April 26, we will have a BBQ plate sale from 11 am - 2 pm. The cost per ticket/plate is $10, and plates can be picked up at East Park Cinema. The plates will have BBQ, beans, potatoes, roll and dessert. It is take-out only. Delivery is available for 10 plates or more. All proceeds go from the plate sale, yard sale, and volleyball tournament will go towards missions.

Saturday, April 27, there will be a yard sale from 7 am - 11 am at the church and the RA's will have a car wash from 8 am - 11 am.

If you have items you'd like to donate for the church yard sale, you can drop them off the week before the yard sale. Drop off times will be posted closer to the event.

On Sunday, April 28, there will be a fundraiser lunch followed by a volleyball tournament beginning at 12:30 p.m.
